We were out at Lake Mead and it was PERFECT! However, waiting to load the boat back on the trailor around noon was sweltering and we were ready to get back in the air conditioning. On the way to EJ's friend's house it started pouring. He purposefully drove toward the giant rain cloud just so he could drive in the rain. Needless to say we saw the temperature go from 114 down to 86! Oh it was beautiful :)

I totally missed the rain! I wanted it to rain so badly that I brought my camera to the gym so I could catch some shots .. no go.. it started after i was in work all night. I will be hoping for more rain to come soon! ( I know that is alot to as for, around here)

I can't believe how little rain we're getting for a monsoon season... All this humidity and no payoff. Thankful the floods aren't happening like usual, but wow, could we use a drink!
